@findyeli hi there! Let me try to remove the scuffs myself and see if that changes the look! And I’ll work on measuring today as well as posting photo of the bottom! I believe I wore them only twice.

@findyeli I’m so sorry, busy few days with work. I got the scuff out, got more photos and I’d say they’re about an inch. They’re a kitten heel, I can measure with a measuring tape if you need!

The pictures seems like they show a different color on the areas that were scuffed out. Is that right or is the entire shoe the same shiny patent leather look ? Thank you.

@findyeli hello, the shoes are practically new. Worn maybe twice and they are not discolored. I feel $20 or close to is very reasonable, especially after removing the one scuff. I cannot accept $12 at this point.
