Kelly & Katie heels. Navy blue with red and cream trim. Size 6 1/2. 3 1/2 inch heel. Ankle strap, buckle closure. Yellow on inside of shoe - see pictures- I think it is glue from construction. Only worn a few times. Such cute shoes!!
