This is a kelly green dress made of scuba fabric. I have worn it for Mardi Gras daytime functions. The sleeves are puffed with laser cut fabric making a rosette pattern. I loved this feature of the dress. I have modeled the dress to show how it fits. I am almost 5"6" and weigh 140lbs.
