They do not have any rips, tears, holes, or stains. The bottom sole has light dirt from general wear. The velcro & straps work good and so does the bungee strap. Keens are known for their rugged durability. They have a thick rubber sole and toe to protect kids feet. They have an adjustable velcro closure over the the top of the foot at the ankle.
