Keds Woman Size 7 Black Leopard Shoes New

Purchased for my daughter but they were too small. Not sure if they run a little small or if I misjudged her size as her feet are still growing. Tried on, never worn. No flaws. I have the box, but it is torn up a bit. Will send w/o box.
