coconutgambino @grimpslice Aloha! I would say they are 13 inches when laid flat and stretch to approximately 16 inches. Kealopiko tends to run a little big so they fit small/medium

coconutgambino @grimpslice do you mean stretched out? They were only worn twice if that, and were hung dry both times. The fabric is lighter weight but I would say the elastic is more stiff than soft and loose. Hope that makes sense.
