Kay jeweler's bridal set

I'm posting for a friend who is now divorced and just wants them gone. she has the two diamonds on the side of the center one changed out for two pink sapphire stone's. the stones are real and so are the diamonds. it's 10k white gold from Kay jeweler's. I told her to work on getting the paperwork for them that way when they sell the new owner will get the certified paperwork with them and she won't have a problem selling. there is very minor scratches, but nothing that can't buff out. they have been cleaned already, just not buffed out. the total weight between both rings with the diamond's and sapphire stone's is 9 grams.
