Kay diamond ring (free cleanings)

This was bought for my girlfriend at the time but was never given to her. I paid $370.99 (talked down from $399 base price) and have all documentation and paperwork. It has the lifetime warranty and free cleanings every 6 months! I believe its a size 7, but any Kay should be able to resize it for free with the paperwork.
