This necklace and pendant set is made of silver with unknown jewels. I could not find an exact piece online, but a similar necklace from Kay Jewelers with “Lab- Created Sapphires Diamond Accents Sterling Silver Necklace” runs for $139.99 (which currently is on sale for $97.99 (https://www.kay.com/labcreated-sapphires-diamond-accents-sterling-silver-necklace/p/V-134148307).
