This stunning diamond heart pendant is from the Open Hearts by Jane Seymour Collection. The pendant itself is 3/4in L x 9/16in W and is solid 14k yellow gold with 32 round diamonds at approx. 0.25ctw It comes with the original chain which is also solid 14k yellow gold. Chain length is 18" and adjustable up to 20" with a lobster style clasp. Only worn a handful of times and is in great condition (please see photos). Purchased in the early 2000s.
