Good day,
I understand the oversight but once again I’m receiving correspondence regarding this bracelet of which I have already purchased as well as the Black Cuban bracelet. In regards to the latter, it has arrived and will not lie flat on the wrist when clasped nor on a flat surface. Will you please advise how to move forward in rectification. I will await your response.

Perhaps returning it and having you inspect a new one before replacing it is the appropriate process?
I do appreciate your offer to correct this and know it will be resolved.

@jeffery0625 Unfortunately since Poshmark has already determined that this bracelet was delivered, your funds have already been released and the order has been confirmed. I’m not sure how this problem could be resolved since they order is confirmed now. I’m not quite sure of the steps we could take to make to fix this issue. Do you have any suggestions?

I am told by Poshmark the funds are not released until the order is confirmed/accepted by the recipient of the item. As originally suggested, the bracelet can be returned and a replacement sent upon personal inspection of the bracelet is free of defects. I am contacting you first for the resolution.

@jeffery0625 I understand what you are saying but that applies only if you submit a return request within 3 days of receiving the item. I recently received an email earlier today saying that the funds from this purchase have already been deposited into my account. This means that the three day time period has expired. Once this occurs the buyer is unable to request a return. I’m very sorry about your problem but unfortunately I don’t think there’s anything I can do about it. Thank you
