Katie May Sheath Dress, Tag says size 10, check measurements

One shoulder, sleeveless, wine-colored sheath dress, midi/maxi length, tag says size 10, but looks much smaller to me. Please check measurements. Hidden side zipper, fully lined, stretchy with cutout back & kick pleat, gently worn, good condition except for small snag on skirt front with close inspection (see pic 14 & 15). This snag isn’t noticeable when dress is looked at from a distance (see pic 6). Please check measurements, pit to pit 15”, waist 12”, pit to hem 40”
