Adorable never worn velvet stretch ruched skirt and cropped top. Even though the skirt is a small and the top is a medium, it fit well that way, just never ended up getting worn! Skirt measures 13" long and the waist which is elastic is 11". The top 14.5" shoulder to bottom, 14" shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 12.25" wide in the body, and 22"long sleeves.
