Kathy , high waisted skater skirt

Worn once, bought at a tiny boutique in Vermont that was only in the mall for a short time. Condition like new. No tears or stains. Multi-color, bright pattern and high waisted. Very tiny, fits me like a 0 and I’m 5’2 and was maybe 100lbs when I wore it. No size on skirt tags.
