It has leaves, stems and grass imprinted in the pottery Kathy is the daughter of the late Marie Devlin; Marie Devlin invented this style of creative pottery where she used local Colorado plants, leaves, stems and flowers and then pressed them into the pottery to form patterns in her art pieces. Marie called it "Weed Pottery." Marie then passed on this technique to other family members and they carried on her art form.
