Kathie Lee Black Dress

Beautiful black dress from Kathie Lee. Top has silver entwined throughout. It falls loose over a sheer shell down to the skirt part. Size tag is missing. Measurements are:pit-pit-19”; waist-18”; hips-20”; length from shoulder to hem-37”. I believe it to be size 8. It is stretchy-spandex type material. Great condition. Please check pictures carefully.
