FEATURES: Jacket has a gorgeous 1/2 bow on each lapel with a rhinestone embellishment that is just spectacular! Beautiful royal blue color. Jacket has 4 button front closure with a small snap as well at the top. Skirt has an elastic waist, back zip and hook at waist, fully lined, small walking vent in the back. Both pieces are fully lined. Measurements are approximate and taken with dress flat.
