Kate spade size 8 navy striped skirt

This Navy blue and white knee length skirt has an embroidered scalloped hem, embroidered floral bottom that tapers as it goes up. It is pleated and has belt holes (belt in first picture not included). It is pleated at the top, has a gold zipper closure and is fully lined. Very good condition.
