mmpsu03 @zaydan if you make an offer for 25 you have a deal, it will come out to $31 that's what I am able to do. It says Kate spade New York on the leather tab inside on the zip pocket. Also the symbol all over the bag which was the outlet/factory symbol at the time of purchase.
