Kate spade black bag

Kate spade cross body bag. There is white markings on the front and back of bag that are pictured. I tried to get it off with dawn and water not sure what it’s from. A leather cleaner could maybe help. Mark on the bottom of the bag which is also pictured. Inside has some staining also pictured.
