Kate spade NOT WORKING Gramercy

The watch does not work but can be fixed. The stem is messed up but the lady at kate spade said it can be fixed but the part that's broken is not included in the warranty. The warranty booklet is included with this purchase and so is the tag. This retails 225. All links are intact but can be removed to make the band smaller. (8"). Worn three times prior.
