Kate Young for Target black bow dress

This is a NWT, never worn, black cocktail dress with an oversized bow across the top of the bodice. Very cute, but just too small for me. It's a size 10, but I believe it's more like a UK size 10, which would be about a size 6 in US sizing. It is a little wrinkled as I ordered it online, but otherwise in perfect condition with tags still attached.
