sdistasi890 Hello, I purchased this item from you as you have charged my credit card on Nov 30, 2024. I had to change reset my password and now MY PURCHASE is NOT showing up. I need a hard confirmation from you that you are shipping this item on Monday as you said. If I do not hear back from you, I will have to reach out to my credit card company as this has made me very nervous that I have been charged for something that hasn't even shipped and the fact that MY PURCHASE is NO LONGER shows up
