NEW Kate Spade rubber rain booties

Brand NEW but no tags, no box and no shoe bag. Never been worn. It has a bit stain on the outer left shoe front and outer right shoe lower left side. Also, signs of wear and tear in the interior and the bottom of the shoes on both are from people trying on the shoes in store. I was trying to show all those in the pictures. Rubber with a bit of block heels. Pink in size 7. Color and signs of stain as described and appearance may look different in person.
