Kate Spade purse

Large Black tote with blue sparkles throughout. Beautiful bag with VERY thin straps. Straps have damage (mainly on the front) so please see all photos!!!! ‼️Low price.‼️13"×12"×18" ⚠️Added more photos: front of purse straps are the most damaged right at the base of strap. Back of purse seems to show less damage if the straps and new photos show light scuffs? I purchased for a friend & we have no knowledge on how to repair thr straps to make them stronger for weight in the purse.⚠️
