Kate Spade neon yellow bag with adjustable strap. I believe the outside is nylon. There may be a super faint scuff mark as seen in the last picture (I have not tried to clean this off yet). Otherwise in really great used condition inside and outside. Hardware looks new. Width ~10”, height ~6”. Comes with dust bag.

@gauriw hi! It’s about 6.5 inches. It can also be extended as seen in the pics - the holes are about 2 inches apart.
