Kate Spade navy tote-needs some minor repair/work

purchased at kate spade outlet. navy blue and tan tote. this purse is in fair condition with condition as shown in pics. some make up stains on lining, mild cracking on straps, inner pocket zipper is broken but zipper pull is included. one of the pockets is slightly ripped as shown in pics. please see pics for details. smoke free home. measurements are approximately 18" x 12" x 5" with 7" shoulder drop
