Kate Spade hobo/tote nylon bag

I am going to say this is new without tags. There is almost zero wear or callouts. The bottom is clean and such a light color if this had been used there would be signs of use and wear Nylon and leather bag. Inside is clean and shoulder straps are still wrapped.
