Kate Spade New York embroidered eyelet blouse in good pre-owned condition. This blouse is rare, feminine and flattering. The cap flutter sleeves are ruffled. There is some darting just above the empire waistline and the top is gathered from the waistline down. The top has a layered look at the bottom with three horizontal stripes just above the hem. The embroidery is floral octagon shapes. There is a side zipper for a great fit. Please note there is slight wear on the underarms - slight pilling and slight yellowing - it is hard to see but the last two photos show the location.
