Bought it new with tags online although the box did come damaged in the mail (see last picture). I used it a couple of times in my hair for my bachelorette and my rehearsal. It is an elegant addition to your wedding related outfits! Comes from a pet friendly, smoke free home. Has been taken care of per the instructions (hand washing and cold iron only).
