Gorgeous bright print, tropical, vacation, cruise, beach , cocktail ready!! elastic waistband, no drawstring but doesn't affect wear at all and isn't really noticeable. One leg hem has started to come out and needs to be tacked back up...price reflects this... Other than that, these are in beautiful condition
