LOVELY KATE SPADE KITT/S ETMP BROWN HORN/ WHITE FRAME GLASSES WITH BROWN LENSES MODEL # KITTS/ ETMP COMES WITH: Original Kate Spade Green Logo Glasses Case, Original Kate Spade Cleaning Cloth.  I wore these about 10 times. There are no scratches on the lenses but there are very little scratches on the sides, not very noticeable at all. The case has a few knicks and scratches from carrying it around in my bag. The cloth as a little stain but can be washed and removed
