vinyl black and white with patent leather handles. red interior. this has been washed and does smell clean. some dirt/ stained still remain mostly outside. I have notated them in pics. please review pics and ask questions prior to purchase. dimensions when completely unfolded is 14 in tall by 16. in across when the top is folded it is reduced to 11 and 1/2 in tall. strap drop is 11 in
