Kate Spade Silk Night Sky Shirt Dress NEW YEARS

Size Small. Can be worn with the tie around the neck as a shift dress or belted at the waist shown in pics above. There are belt loops around the neck to hold the tie in place, but no belt loops on the waist of the dress. So if you don't wear it around the waist you wont have awkward belt loops poking out. All buttons fully functional. Dry cleaned only. I wore this layered under a sleeveless dress with the neck tied, and with some tights. Length from shoulder to hem 34". Offers welcome!
