@raemarie_18 The strap on this bag actually converts into 2 sizes which I didn't know till I ordered it through another vendor thinking they had a "longer" version strap for this bag. It may be helpful to update your listing so buyers are aware this bag has two options for length on the shoulder strap making it both a shoulder bag or crossbody.
