The tag is perforated right before the tag due to it being a gift; however, I found a tag for the exact same jacket in a different size which shows the pricing. Hello! Nope, this doesn't run small, you could wear a light sweater under so it's perfect for winter.
Length from shoulder to bottom of sleeve is 24"
Length from armpit to bottom of sleeve is 18"
