triciab51067 I have the exact bag but in gold. I love the bag, mine has tons of scratches, just like yours. For the amount of $ we spend on these bags, dont u think they would come up with a metal that doesnt get scratched so easily??? Sorry. Im venting but it does make me mad!😉❤
