Kate Spade New York black faux leather three compartment inside satin material.  The wallet is a no name brand which I am just giving it away. Closures are magnetic and zipper. Inside there are two cell phone pockets and one zipper pocket. This purse was not used much as you can see from the pictures.  The purse is in excellent shape Measurements 14W x 11H x 6D
