This beautiful flutter sleeve blouse from Kate Spade is in a lovely on-trend chartreuse / lime color. It is a real designer Kate Spade item purchased from Nordstrom by me (not an outlet item). It is 100% silk with a keyhole button at the back neck. It has a small water mark at the chest, see photo. About 17 inches pit to pit.
