The fabric is a quilted nylon so it is easy to wipe clean. The exterior has a large flap and a zip pocket. The interior has another zip pocket. The closes by a drawstring. The shoulder straps are adjustable. Measurements are shown in the photos. It comes from a smoke and pet free home. Only defect found upon final inspection was two marks on the back corner (see photos for where I point this out. Besides that, this backpack is in like new condition!!
