theminxnextdoor @alychatnoir hi! The waist measure from the center of the ruffle detail is 18” across. The length is 36.25” from the middle back to hem and 36.5” from middle shoulder to hem. It’s a great work dress! I used to wear it layered over a turtleneck and tights in the winter.
