These are the cutest, swingiest pants. High waist, fitted at the waist and hips but loose and wide at the legs, cropped— they look like a skirt at first but you can kick in them. Thick soft fabric, lined. Has a little stretch. Pocket flaps with decorative buttons. Very well made. I style them with tall boots and a cropped jacket. Size 0 but a roomy one, fits more like a 2.
