@smagin it is 15inches across the waist, 12.5 inches between both shoulder straps, length of the skirt is 22.2 inches, and the bust is 14 inches. I hope this helps! The picture does look different than the advertisement, but that is because the dress is more of a light blue/Tiffany’s color than a a green minty color.
