Kate Spade Ivory Purse Bag

this is an ivory Kate Spade bag purchased last week off Mercari for $20 plus $9.95 shipping. It is more used that it was described, but Mercari would not let me return it. I do not want it. just trying to get some of my money back. it's ivory, not white. Maybe with a good cleaning it would look better
