Kate Spade Iridescent Neoprene Dress

A Kate Spade Saturday neoprene dress with an iridescent panel that has an oil slick coloring (changing purple and green shine). Brand new; the only flaw is that the left side has a small wrinkle at the bottom that cannot be ironed out (tried to capture it in photos). The straps can be utilized or tucked in. 16" inches across the top, 14" inches across waist, 18" inches across hips.
