Y2K-era pre-owned kate spade New York belt. Preppy green and white striped fabric with a gold bow for a buckle. Original size was M/L, should fit sizes 10-14 comfortably as the material is very stretchy, depending on whether you're wearing it on your hips or your waist. Belt measures 31 inches long without stretching. Rarely worn, but some tarnish due to passage of time to the bow/buckle. No marks or stains to fabric.
