Hi, may I ask why the plastic tag is not actually attached to the name tag of the blouse, but through the loop of the tag and not in the fabric. Funny how you purchased my exact blouse in a size small and reported it damaged when it was in pristine intact condition because my sister only wore it twice. Then you were refunded and I was left with a perfect blouse with clean cuts on it that I could not resell. You should have just let me know it was too small and I would have refunded you instead.
