Kate Spade NEW YORK GRANT STREET JULES GRAINY VINYL DOT TOTE Purse is in excellent condition (was never really used and all hardware/ straps /zippers ECT are perfectly in tact with no signs of wear. There ARE several marks on outside of purse that appear to be ink or some kind of scuffs. I have not tried to clean or remove them.
