Kate Spade Formal Dress - original buyer changed mind

Amazing condition, only worn twice. Dress has pockets and zips up the back, it’s very comfortable. About 21” from bottom of belt to bottom of the dress. Just was dry cleaned and hasn’t been worn since! Waist is about 16 3/4” Hip is about 20 1/2” (area of pockets) Bust is about 19”
