seasons222 @thuyle303 oh I am so glad as when I went to take measurements for you I realized it had been custom tailored to be a snug form fitting size six! For sure, It’s not a 28 inch waist! It’s really shy by about an inch and a half. You would have been unhappy if you bought it. Happy Poshing.
